I tried to install Vista Home Premium.  At the end of the installation i get
a BSOD . The computer restarted before I could read the error.
I rolled back the installation and after using eventviewer i found this

When I try to install Vista it all works fine until the last step when the
computer reboots and then the installation screen says "Finishing
Configuration", the hard disk stops spinning and the DVD too, I get no error
messages and the "Finishing Configuration" seems to be working ...

I currently have an OEM edition of Vista Home Basic. I want to upgrade that
to Home Premium. Is it possible to upgrade using an academic edition Home
Premium upgrade (I'm a student) or do I have to use the Windows Anytime
