I have had this HP laptop that came with Vista Home Premium since 04/2007. I
brought Vista Ultimate and upgraded over the top of Vista HP.  The <D> still

I bought a new hp pc with home primium and i have a new full version of vista
ultimate, when i do the upgrade it goes ok until it gets to the end. then it
will reboot and give the message the upgrade is not compleate and it go back
to vista premium.

Help!  I need to move old files to my new computer.  The old system is
Windows 98 and the new one is Windows Vista.  I didn't see anywhere where

I need help and have searched and have not found a thread that provided a
sufficient answer. I am using a 4 month old laptop running a preloaded,
fully updated Vista Home Premium OS. I am the only one who uses the computer
and by necessity (and choice), I am the Administrator.

I've had an X6800 processor die on me the MB seems fine, does anyone know
will the replacement for it cause problems with the OEM activation?
