my seagate hard drive failed, so i replaced it with a temporary hitachi...
after i installed vista onto it it told me that the key is already in use.
can anyone suggest how i can work around this? or is that it .. one hardware
failure and youre screwed?

I have currently installed an OEM Vista Business version. In the future I
will make some hardware changes and I therefor plan to replace the OEM Vista
Businees by a retail Vista Home Premium.
I do not want to go thru the entire application software re-installation

After purchasing the upgrade for Vista Ultimate it consistently fails at the
"Expanding Files" with the above error code.  I have tried both the source
files on the IBM X60 laptop and the Upgrade Anytime Disc.  I have seen many
instances of this on the web, but no solutions.

1. Is it possible to downgrade Vista to the 32bit version? There are few
drivers out there. The only reason for 64bit version is the full range of
