Is there a component in winSIM that I can set so that when I produce the answer file, move it to the box I want to sysprep, run sysprep on it, that upon reboot I get the window to enter in the product key? This is my dilemma:

I just purchased Vista Ultimate, but I'm afraid to install it. I have a couple of questions. 1 .Do I need to unistall my XP? 2. Will I lose my old programs, lint Printmaster, Roxio, ect?

I have a new laptop with Vista Home Premium and I want to downgrade to XP Pro. I have read that with the Business or Ultimate editions that I can phone customer support and do a downgrade to get an XP key if I give them my unactivated Vista key.

I install one HP laptop with Windows vista Enterprise with ours applications and run sysprep.exe /oobe /generalize so shutdown computer. I run Winpe CD + imagex, and built image: imagex /capture c: d:\imagen.wim "Imagen vista"

I have downloaded the demo for this program, and opened the folder,double clicked the setup file. A setup logo flashed on for a second and then closed. I have used the suggestions that Adobe has on there site to no avail.

My configuration was this - Disk1 contained XP Pro, Disk2 contained Vista 64 Ultimate. I had it dual-booting, where BIOS booted off Disk1. I am not sure if this was the way things were meant to be because I had to install XP first before I installed

I bought windows vista ultimate in may of 2007 to upgrade from XP, it ran fine until feb 2008, when my graphics card failed and i thought my windows messed up, causing me to erase windows, so i had to take it to Data Doctors to get XP back on so i could upgrade to Vista, well ...

I have moved and have lost my cd key for both Vista 32 and 64 bit. I still have the media just not the CD-Key. I was apart of the beta and was send both copies with the cdkeys. Is there a lookup tool or an email address that I can use to try and recover my two cd-keys?

I am trying to create a ghost image for windows vista entreprise edition. Without running sysprep I am just going from disk to disk. The image is created,but I can't use it. I get an error at log on. Winload.exe Any help? Thank you
