Can't upgrade from XP 32 bit media edition to Vista Ultimate 64 bi10 May 2008 20:34 GMT2
I get past the press any key to boot from CD or DVD then the loading Vista
files screen and it gets to a screen that looks like where the setup would
begin, I then see my mouse pointer but but nothing loads. Does anyone have
any suggetions?

Every now and then, my computer gets clogged up. I typically solve my
problems by wiping the disk by reinstalling Windows.

Ok, this might sound ridiculous, but I have just bought a new laptop and I am
trying to change the screen saver to one i downloaded.... but when i go to
change it, i can only choose from those in the drop-down box, which are the
ones that came with it. Any suggestions please???

Hey guys.  I took the plunge and decided to buy Vista.  The store I
purchased it from told me that they only sold 64 bit, but when I took it
home, it was 32.  I went to the Microsoft website to purchase the 64
disk, but here's my question.  Is the 64 disk an upgrade disk?  Would it

that they show an info tooltip on mouseover and have specially tailored
