Brief History:  The computer was imaged with the wrong default profile,
and i would like to start the profile over from scratch.  Any ideas on
the best way to do this?  I need ALL settings reset to windows defaults.

All of a sudden the volume, network, and battery icons are not on my tray.  
When I go to properties to add them, the check marks are greyed out and it
doesn't allow me to check mark them.  Anyone know what I should do?

I downloaded fonts and used WinZip to extract them, but when I drag them to
my Fonts file, it isn't showing up. I've done this before but recently, it
hasn't worked. I've tried deleting some fonts to make room, but it didn't
