My Windows Vista stopped responding irregulary, without any error. The last thing I installed was Apple's quicktime. Removed the i-tunes part, via control panel of course. Now everything seems to be working fine again.

I am planning on purchasing a full version of Vista Ultimate. I am currently running XP Pro. My question is, before I install Vista will I need to format my hard drive, or does the installation process do this for you?

What is the difference between a 1PK or a 3PK OEM software wise? The specific questions refers to MS PN 66I-00825 which Vista Home Premium OEM 64Bit 3PK So if I were to buy that MS PN what would I get?

Additional experience with Longhorn (6001) has demonstrated that it is a very nice operating system. It obviously has much code in common with Vista, but it is also free from much of Vista's annoying fluff, nag screens and restrictions.

I had Win XP installed and then added Win Vista Home Premium as a new install and not an upgrade. On setting up the system and adding all programs and such, ran in to a problem.

I don't know which version I want to buy yet. Can I buy the Home upgrade version then bypass the key and install the Full Ultimate version and then after 30 days if I like it just pay for it through that upgrade procedure inside of Vista? Have a good day,
