Is Vista Ultimate the only version that has complete Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian Language Capabilities -- send, receive and print? What about other languages -- French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese?

Where is the "Send to" folder hidden? I have one program that installs a "send to" icon, and I need to remove it (Under WinXP, this icon could cause problems in Windows Explorer - I want to be safe and remove it from Vista).

i am so fed up and frustrated, no matter what i use, windows mail yahoo, hotmail, excite, i cant send e-mails to anyone. funny thing is i can send e-mail back and forth fro my own accounts. i always get this error message in returned e-mails

I installed Vista business and outlook 2007 and now I have a few problem with Hebrew in Outlook. I can read the content of messages, but folder names, the title bar, and the entire content of my calendar and contacts is gibrish when it's in Hebrew.

I moved folders from one physical drive to another, then they all became Read Only files. I unset the Read Only designation but they automatically reset to Read Only. How can I remove Read Only designation?
