Hi,
I installed windows vista a few days ago and it was working perfectly.  then
all of a sudden after a computer restart vista will no longer load up
properly.  It gets to the desktop and then the start bar/task bar just stops

I'm just starting to work with Vista. My profile: I am a developer, 20 years
experience in general, working with Windows for about the past decade.
Basically, I know what I am doing.
Tell me why it is a 'good thing' for me to have to confirm every time I want

I'm used to right-clicking on anything to send a shortcut to the desktop, but
when I right click on my dialup connection, that's not an option. How do I
set up the shortcut (for an elderly friend who needs the easy way to do
things)?

Currently i am using Nero on my ME PC (new labtop with Vista ordered).
I was reading somewhere that the burning function is included in Vista.
Correct? In that case Nero no more needed?

Have Vista on home pc and dial into work exchange to view emails via internet
which are in xp format.  Problem is that when viewing emails, and try to
reply or foward and email, all I get a little box in the top left hand corner
of the email with a red cross through it????

I bought a new laptop with Vista included a week ago.

Had Vista installed and working fine for about 2 weeks, I then decided to
upgrade my Graphics Card to take full advantage of Vista. But my new graphics
card in vista loaded and loaded drivers then needed to reboot. Then hit me
with a BSOD:
