Center, with an Upgrade Redemption Form, to upgrade to Vista Home Premium.

If I understand correctly I should be able to install WindowsXP-Pro to run as a
Virtual PC (OS)  within Vista64, assuming they are full versions and not
upgrades. Would I then be able to run 32bit apps and associated drivers
seamlessly with Vista64 apps?

I am trying to update the firmware on my DVD burner.  When I start the exe I
get a popup stating "Access denied!  You must have administrator privileges
to flash drives."  I am logged in as administrator and this is the DVD
writer firmware upgrade.  What gives?

What is the best way to do this?  Set up seperate partitions and install
one version on each?  I already have x32 set up on the main partition of
