I have a PC with 2.5 Gig RAM, P4 3.3 HT CPU and a 256 Meg nVidia card. I upgraded from XP home to Vista Ultimate, the graphics performance was very poor so I uninstalled the Windows driver with the intention of installing the driver from the nVidia site.

In one of my more "brilliant" moves I decided to relocate my Documents, Pictures, Downlads, Videos and Music subfolders to another drive (and then to another drive after that). To make a long story short, this has resulted in a number of problems.

I've seen a few posters mention they're using a Hauppauge 1600 with Vista. I'm running Home Premium, and after downloading the latest drivers from the support site (3.3C), I cannot get Vista to use (or find) the correct driver. I'm stumped but hopeful someone here can help ...

Every single time I start my computer I get the message "zhotkey(not responding)". I am not sure what it means or how to fix it. I can close it but it comes back the next time. I am new to vista and am open to any suggestions. Thank you.

On Vista I keep getting duplicate folders of Favorites & Desktop and others. I also have blank files with no names or properties (only a blank icon appears).

I have a large number of scanned documents saved in TIF format. These files are OCR-ed and in Windows XP with Windows Desktop Search 2.6 the text in them was correctly indexed. Not so any more. Anyone knows why?
