i was trying to install windows xp along with vista. but i didnt notice that
i installed it in the same partition as with vista... now my registry is
jammed. can anyone help? how can i uninstall xp? or are there any other
options? thans

I have Windows vista hime premium ,I am not able to run a program given by
my srock broker named Odindiet version 7.9.1.2.
(It works fine on Windows XP.)

I recently found that Windows Vista Home Premium version does not
include fax as did XP Home.  Since that time I have been using a trial
version of SnappyFax.  It is about to expire....
What other feature(s) will I eventually find lacking in Vista Home

Trying to import an Access 2003 contacts db to Windows Contacts.
I've exported the db to cvs (txt) but when I import it into Windows Contacts
it puts .Contact at the end of all data.
Any way to eliminate this?

I'm trying to use Vista Ultimate's 'full system backup' to backup to an
external disk attached to another Vista system.  I can see the external disk
and contents just fine (shared out for full for everyone) but when I run the
'full' backup it doesn't give me a choice of any ...

I installed Skype on Vista (first normal version, then Beta), the program
runs perfectly. I see it on the menue bar below and even a small preview, but
when I click to restore it doesn't open in the full window.
I can receive calls and messages from friends, but not contact them ...

A program I wrote requires DirectX 8, which since XP, I have not needed to
include in my installer, because XP had DirectX 8 installed automatically.
On Vista, is there a version of DirectX installed by default?

OK, I'll say it ...  Linux is not for everyone. It is a complex highly
evolved operating system that is being developed by Open Source developers.
It is NOT ready for every desktop out there, nor for those people that lack

Whem I open Help and Suport in Start Menu, I can view all informations, but
the format of HTML or XML, is the default, without the original style that
came with Vista.
I don't know why this happen, and I don't know if I miss some files for Help

I could not believe that a brand new PC with Vista ultimate could not
play Youtube video even after doing the flash download from adobe!
Then reading up on this it seems to be a common problem without an
obvious fix, yet microsoft's help page doesnt seem to have a help page

This morning I was having issues with Internet Explorer,
and in Taskmanager requested to be taken to the process
causing the problem.  I know that should be Iexplore.exe but for
some reason it instead went to CSRSS.exe.
