I'm running Windows Vista Business 32 bit, 2 GB RAM, connected to a
SBS 2003 R2 domain.
I am having a problem where the Offline Files service consumes 100%
CPU on a regular schedule - say every 2 minutes for about 2 minutes.

Hi I would like to know if I can install 64bit over 32bit. Or can I do a
repair and install 64bit. I found out today my Pentium4 processor is 64bit.

Ok, so I am bad at acronyms. But what does RTM mean? Also, I'm running
version 5600 of RC1 Vista Ultimate. Is this an "RTM" version? And can I just
upgrade it with the Vista Premium upgrade? I realy don't have the money,
need, or desire for Ultimate.

I must have clicked on custom (clean) install instead of upgrade because all
my software did not 'follow' to Vista.  Anything I can do now?
