After my Vista machine has been on standby, sometimes I cannot get a video
signal again. The computer is working fine, it's recording on media center
and everything. But the screen stays black. I've tried all sorts of tricks
with the keyboard (e.g., Windows-L, Enter, Escape, ...) ...

I have an intel based Mac that shared an epson printer thru an XP system with
no problem.
I replaced the XP machine with a brand new Vista (home premium) machine.
File sharing (mac to vista; vista to mac is working fine, no problem)

Can one hide My Documents and Favorites in the Classic Start Menu

i have a new computer and it came with vista home basic. i read the
directions on transferring files from my old computer so i did it. i only
wanted it to transfer from the c drive but it still transferred the d drive
too. so now i keep getting pop ups stating that i have low ...

What are the minimum hardware requirements for Aero? My system has 512 MB of
RAM, is running at 950 MHZ, and has 65 MB of onboard memory on my graphics
