After upgrading my machine to vista business from xp pro all my installed printers disapeared. Trying to add the printers back using add printer from the priners folder produces the error message below.

In Windows XP, when I used to "Set Program Access and Defaults," such settings I chose applied to the entire system. In Windows Vista, on the other hand, I have seen that my "Default Programs" settings apply to the current user only. Am I seeing this correctly?
