How can I turn off the Vista login page listing all the local accounts and login using the windows workgroup logon badge like the domain login. I am using Vista home Premium. Can any one tell me how to turn this feature off and turn on the Vista login badge??

Do I need to install Acronis True Image Home 10 on both Vista and XP drives? Or can I do backups (images) of each physical drive from within Vista. Will I get a good XP complete image (OS etc) doing the backup from within Vista? Thanks.

I use Vista Ultimate. Whenever I connect a Thumb drive, there is no removal icon in the System Tray. If I connect my large external HDD there is. How do I remove my thumb drive safely?

Hi there, this is my first post and already a problem :) I noticed that ridiculously sound of vista own games doesn't work anymore. After rearranging the system before a certain software installation it normnally works again. But I don't feel like this again

Vista Ultimate: When I set "Enable memory protection to mitigate online attacks" to ON in advanced IE settings, the IE7 won't start. It crashes instead, with a message that DEP has shut it down because of improper use of memory.

I am trying but: Drivers do not all work or only work partly. Consistent networking with XP machines is impossible, particularly sharing printers.
