I just bought a new dell with VISTA installed on it and tried to burn a movie
on movie maker after 1hr on line with Dell support they told mme Microsoft
does not have a update yet. Is this true. I take 1hr to encode? What is this?

When I disable programs in the MSCONFIG startup tab, I get a blocked
program popup every time that I start Windows. Is there any way to
kill this popup? XP just had a check box to kill it but can't find
one in Vista.

Any reason why Documents and Settings folder can't be accessed? I
tried to change permissions for the folder (including in Safe Mode)
and got access denied?
