Has anyone come accross this one - when I empty my wastbin it still shows as full untill I press F5 to refresh the desktop. Using Vista Ultimate. Regards

I used my xbox hd dvd drive to install Vista because it consistently failed when I used my internal DVD drive (HP 640b, came with PC) on an Asus motherboard. I saw a forum somewhere claiming that Vista Ultimate x64 installations fail on Asus motherboards...

Is this serious? Seems like anything that does heavy image access across my USB drives fails. I've used Lightroom andThumbs Plus. Either seem to trigger system failures as they attempt to read about 1,5TB

Anyone know of a way to increase the size of the C drive on a Vista install? Under XP I used partition magic pro. Using PM will cause your Vista drive to dissapear ( I learned this the hard way). I have unused space on the drive and want to make the C partition larger.
