I'm having problems succesfully burning dvds with both nero 7 and imgburn.  I

The only way to get embedded links to open from outlook was to disable
User Account Controls (UAC), wheras <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/
Features_new_to_Windows_Vista> and other sources indicated that
unselecting "Protected Mode" in IE7 would fix this.

When I go to run a scan on my Vista machine I get the following error:

I've been using the Safely Remove Hardware to remove my thumb drives and
compact flash drives but every time I do it, the icon disappears from the
notification area and the only way I can get it back is to re-boot.  Is
anyone else experiencing this?

Is Vista supposed to remember the password I set when I map a network drive?
I know XP did, but when I do this on Vista, it doesn't remember my mapped
network drive password, and I have to re-enter it every time I boot.  Am I
missing something, or is this just how Vista works?

This may be more of an IE7 thing than a Vista thing, but...
I have no trouble accessing web folders on an XP machine running IE6.
I use two different methods:  1) "File --> Open" "Open as Web Folder",
and 2) a URL embedded in a web page to open a folder as a web folder.

Vista Media Center is not recognizing my Radeon as a Tuner Card. I have
updated and installed all drivers numerous times but it still doesn't work!
Anyone have any solutions?
