Is this possible with the weather gadget?

I just upgrade a couple of days ago to Vista Ultimate.  The main reason I did
this was for the Multilingual User Interface (MUI).  No that I've upgrade I
can't find any of the language files in my windows ultimate extras!  I've
tried checking for updates and nothing.  Any ideas ...

I have a logitech ketboard and mouse connected via a USB dongle.
Latest drivers installed.
When the PC wakes up the keyboard and mouse sometimes do not, requiring me
to sleep and re-wake the PC a second time.

I am aware that the Ultimate edition of Vista comes with both 32-bit and
64-bit media. But ---- does the Ultimate Upgrade edition come with both

In previous versions of Windows, if you accidentally associated a file type
with a particular program it was relatively easy to fix, by going into the
File Types dialog and deleting the offending article.
I cannot find any way of doing this in Vista.  I finally found what passes

1- Is There any special newsgroup for windows vista live update?
2- If I download updates manually and install them successfully, live update
doesnt detect that the update has already been installed and it will
