I have Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit installed on a computer that was built
a few months ago. Whenever i shut down the computer or start up the computer,
as soon as vista loads, my router restarts. Here are the specs on the

How to _reassign_ zip files back to Windows? With Windows 32-bit XP, one
typed *regsvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll* and clicked OK. In 64-bit
Vista, the file is now in *C:\Windows\SysWOW64\*zipfldr.dll/. Yet when I
click OK, Vista asks me with what app I want to open the file.
