I want to deactivate Magnifier.   I don't want it to open at all, but I can't
find a way to do it.  I would surely appreciate a helping hand.  

New notebook came installed with Vista Home Premium OEM 32 bit.  I would like
to install Vista Ultimate 64 bit.  To save money I would like buy the OEM
version of Ultimate 64 bit.  I understand I can not move it to another
computer.  fyi: No dvd for original install.

OK, so I have a gateway mx6445, that has vista ultimate 32 bit installed. All
was great at first...
Now, when trying to restart or shutdown, it will go through the whole
process fine, but when the screen goes black (when it would normally be off),

After I installed a new program, it deleted all the items on my Quick Launch
toolbar and placed its own icon on there which is now the only one. How can
