I try to boot my computer and I basically get a message that says that there
is no operating system. My computer was fine the last time I used it and shut
it down. I had recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows Vista. I really
have no clue as to how this could have happened.

I had a Compaq computer with XP Media Center. Compaq's technical support
caused me to lose my files and OS. I have a copy of Vista Ultimate, but I
can't find my 32 bit disk, only the 64 bit. Can I contact Microsoft to get a
