Out of the blue I have a task bar bubble telling me I have 3 days to activate
windows.
I've been using vista for 3 months.  Online and phone activation is telling
me the key has already been used.  (by me obviously).  What do I do now that

How can I get  graphic drivers for vista Intel 845 GVAD2 mother board?
Intel I think is not going to offer any drivers for vista for this mother
board.

Is there any advantage/dis-advantage of connecting 2 SATA harddisk as master
and slave?
Or I should install both SATA harddisk as master on its own SATA channel?

i only get this during shut down, it gets blue screen and reboot.

Few weeks ago my Vista Ultimate Edition boot up and did a consistency check.
It deleted and inset indexes on my second harddisk. Then my second harddisk
cannot be read, all partitions are shown in Windows Explorer as 0 KB in size
and access denied.

I have tried several tweaks to get Arabian Datasource to run. See paragraphs
below the error messages for how I reinstalled it a couple of times.
I have already tried running compatability, run as administrator, installed
wth ALL programs shut down including firewalls, virus ...

anyone have any horror stories about this program?  I've run it a couple
times and I'm not sure it's trustworthy.  First issue I notice is that
it seems to defrag about 1/2 the drive and then says it's complete.  
secondly, chkdsk found some errors on the drive (which it fixed ...

Hi, how do I go about doing a clean install of XP? I tried just inserting the
installation CD but the option to install XP was greyed out. Do I need to
boot from the CD, or what?

Under Win XP, I had two mouse clicks after setting up shortcut, under vista
there are four mouse clicks after setting up a shortcut. Can I shorten the
process?

When searching for a text string (like 'cussler") in a folder of Works files,
there are no findings even when I know there are several instances of that
string there. The search function does not work on the works files but does
work on other files. Has anyone else seen this?

I have Vista Ultimate installed, and had 3GB of RAM in it.
I needed to get some RAM for another PC, so I got another 2x1G that were
compatible with my PC, and replaced the 2x512M.
This gives me a total of 4GB RAM.
