I would like to utilize the Windows Installer to build a setup package
for my Windows Vista application.  From what I have read, version 4.0
of the Windows Installer ships with Vista.  How do I access this
program?  I've found lots of documentation about the Windows

I accidentally deleted it from the Quick Launch, how can I get it back?
I know I can do the Windows button + Tab but I like it better when I
can just press it and select it.
