I have been getting this error message every month to few months and I would
like to solve it somehow. I've called Sony several times to attempt to solve
it and to no avail. Hopefully someone has some fantastic insight for me! Let

Short movie segments from my camera are loaded into my computer as Window
Media Player.MOV files. My Windows Media Player and DVD Maker will not
recognize these files?? It does recognize .VOB files...is there some way to
convert the files??

I have ended my 4 month ordeal. I took the advice, given to me on this

but need to know the steps involved. If I dont have an anytime upgrade disk,

I have a cd with a lot of useful test on it in Adobe 5.0. When I try to open
it, I get a message that says there are known incompatiblities. However, a
trip to the Adobe website doesn't reveal a fix or a patch. Any help is

I uninstalled Vista SP1 for several reasons.  Live OneCare keeps telling me
I need to "Install missing updates."  Is there any way I can tell OneCare NOT
to alert me about the SP1 update?
