I bought an HP notebook with Win Ultimate 64-bit preinstalled. I have yet to find a software app or driver that was running on my XP system that will run in 64-bit mode. Is there any way to downgrade from 64-bit Ultimate to 32-bit Ultimate?

Vista with SP1. There are 4 or 5 clocks that you are able to sync with but I keep getting an error on each of them. Anybody else have problems with syncing up their clocks? Thanks
