Vista abbreviates my drop down menus. For instance, in IE when I click
favorites, I get 12 items, until I click the little caret like characters at
the bottom of the window, then all the favorites are displayed. Same in
Excel, Word and so on - Help appreciated, IM

I'm running Vista Home Premium w/SP1.  When I log out of Ebay, IE
hangs up and I have to go to tasks and 'end' the program.  When the
program ends, I expected IE to close but it goes back to my previously
visited Url and everything seems fine.

Hello. I'm super-new at this forum, but after searching around, I found
posts from someone that had a very similar problem to mine, so I thought
I'd try my luck too, and see if anyone knows how to fix this. :)
My problem is that I accidentally deleted my -C:\Users......\Links-

My sisters PCz keeps going to sleep. I changed power options to never but
each time she restarts the PC the settings go back to previous settings.

On XP I think I accessed it by right clicking on "volume" - I can't find it
on Vista.  I want to mute the line input.
