When I click on the (+) on top of the sidebar to display the sidebar add
gadget
window, the items I added show up for less than a second, then they FADE OUT.

Hey All,
Yesterday I was trying to access my FTP through vista explorer, but couldn't
remember my password. I typed in the wrong password a few times and as a
result I can no longer access any of my FTP locations.

I purchased a new computer for my employees from Dell.  Now they can't get
into excel,word, or publisher without a prompt asking for the Product Key.

I've done research on this for two days, and all of my questions are

I currently have a Vista KMS server setup for Vista 32 bit clients. Is it
possible to setup the same server for Vista 64 bit clients also or does that
require a seperate server.

I have Vista x64 installed. When I click on a link in the Favorites folder,
the 32-bit version of IE opens. IE is set as the default browser, but
there's no option to choose 64-bit as default.

I have got a problem here,
I assume that the Registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft
\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\Desktop" is used to get
the desktop path for the current user.
