I am relatively new to Windows Vista (and so far, I can't see any advantage over XP. If anything, it is one big frustrating experience, but 'nough complaining). Anyway, I am trying to fix a "URL" issue with Outlook 2007 and Firefox.

My wife is having troubles with her Windows Vista on her laptop. It keeps rebooting right after having loaded all the desktop items (all icons and so on) withou any error messages. Yesterday my wife clicked to shut down Windows and then closed the laptop.
