I bought a Diamond Radeon HD 3650 (1Gig) video card and on the box it says
it supports Vista but it won't work. Can anyone point me in the right
direction?

I cannot move or delete files from my secondary hard drive anymore, I
managed the hard drive volume in windows vista  before I reformatted my
primary hard drive back to xp. Now, I am assuming all the permissions on

repair with my Windows Vista Home Basic using my Windows Home Basic
Upgrade DVD-ROM (not SP1). I am aware that a Vista installation repair
is the same as a Vista upgrade, but it no avail can I get the Upgrade

In Windows XP all I had to do is put a short cut on the other
Administrative's Desktop.  That Administrator could edit and save the
document.  I could long in under me and view the changes.  I could make

We're regularly switching users in the same system.  Right now, the
menu function for this is deep in shutdown etc.
Can this item be moved to the top menu?  Can any of the menu items be
moved around?

This is a repost.  I wasn't using Technet before and am hoping that someone
"in the know" will be able to help track down this problem.  Probably if #1
gets cleared up, the others will take care of themselves.

I have just noticed that all application / system soudns are not working. The
speakers work fine as I can play all sounds using WMP. When I check SOUND
devices is show Speakers as my default device and I can test them fine - I
