We're regularly switching users in the same system.  Right now, the
menu function for this is deep in shutdown etc.
Can this item be moved to the top menu?  Can any of the menu items be
moved around?

This is a repost.  I wasn't using Technet before and am hoping that someone
"in the know" will be able to help track down this problem.  Probably if #1
gets cleared up, the others will take care of themselves.

I have just noticed that all application / system soudns are not working. The

In the last few weeks, my Vista pc has been crashing an average of 3-5 times
