I'm trying to attach a picture (and the same is true for a file) to an email, but when I navigate to where the picture/file is located I get an error that the folder is not accessible. If I navigate to the file with windows explorer I can open it no problem.

I have a new vista machine with a Bluray drive. I burned a DVD+R in my old XP machine with files I want to transfer across but when I put it in the Bluray drive it won't show any files. It shows the name I gave to the disk so something is reading, just not the stuff I want to see.
