I posted yesterday, but put a wrong title up. so here goes again. Vista Home Premium, will not go to sleep, as set in controls, neither will the screen saver kick in after the allotted 10 minuits I have set it at, I see other have this problem, but see no solutions as yet.

Vista Home Premium SP1 (and WinXP Home SP3). After Best Buy "optimized" my new Toshiba laptop, the Hibernate option was nowhere to be found. Then, after going through World War III, erasing the disk, and re-installing Vista to factory-fresh standards, it was there.
