My computer keeps randomly shuting down i got the event viewer to show me
what the error was but i have no clues to soving it

some of my received emails are in mime format...how can i convert or set
up my outlook so i can see them as pictures or text as they have been
sent?

I recently noticed a "Pen Flicks" icon in the system tray of my Dell
Inspiron 1525 laptop.
Is there any reason why I would want to have pen flicks running since
I do not have a Tablet PC?  If not, how can I disable it?

Windows 7 is going RTM in latter July. General availability is set for
October 22.
