I just purchased a new Samsung ML-2510 laser printer and am trying to get the
drivers to install under 32-bit Vista Home Premium SP1 on a HP laptop. Here's
what happens: the installer starts up, unpacks its files, then throws up an
"Initializing..." dialog box. The progress bar ...

I have a setup similar to a number of threads I've read here:
1.  Multi-OS Setup    Vista Ultimate, XP Pro, Fedora, Suse
    All OS's are fully patched.
2.  Bootloader is GRUB from the SUSE setup

When I right click a folder or select File|New in Explorer there
is no option for creating a new Shortcut, only new Folder.
Any ideas?

I have a prolem with vista ultimate 64 bit at startup it always stuck
and i mean stuck like you cant move the mouse or keyboard not a program
stuck, so i have to press reset to reboot it. I think its a software

When I try to switch user the program just hangs and I have to re-boot.
Can anyone help please?

I want to search for a file based on extension e.g. .pst
When using vista's built in search and putting *.pst in the name section I
did not get any results when I know there is a .pst file on my system.

I am trying to help my buddy with his laptop.
He has Vista Home Edition and no upgrades like SP1 or 2

I deleted a useless registry cleaner program but it is still listed in
msconfig as a startup program.
The file appears like this in the command list:
c:\program files\uniblue\registrybooster 2\....

When trying to install Vista SP2 the error code 800f0823 is returned and the
update fails.  Have searched for a reason but cannot find anything with this
error code.  Any ideas?
