Evaluation copy. Build 6002" is still displayed on the desktop. The list
of Installed Updates include Service Pack of Microsoft

I have acquired a problem in the past couple of months with Vista
locking up.  Pressing the reset seemingly being the only way to restore

I run Vista Business 32-bit, SP1. The recommended updates I keep getting for
it are IE8 and PowerShell 1.0, no Service Pack 2. Is the SP2 availability

In order to reduce the file size of all my recoded tv file (DVR-MS), I
converted them into WMV file (and will now use "Video Library" of Media
Center to view them).  But, in the process, I lost important file
attributes like Title and subtitle which used to have the name of the

Hi,,
i have seen this done in XP, but never seen it in Vista, While contracting
at a couple of firms, i have seen on the desktop of every pc, details of the
pc, network ip, subnet, d/f gateway  etc etc
