My start button in Vista doesn't work!
I've had a look through the forums and tried the things suggested to
other people (such as regedit and removing none-needed shell add ons)
but nothing has helped.

i have a Vista Home Basic 32bit disc, and the product key on my dell
inspiron 530 says Vista Home Basic OEMACT...does this mean i have a oem
disc? and if so can i still use it to install a different version of
vista for example ultimate? i try to boot from it, but it never gives me

My browser, and it doesn't matter which version, loads real slow.  After
loaded it loads web pages fairly fast.  But it take awhile to load?  Other
programs load very fast, why not IE?

Guys. am not able to play .vob files....i have installed windvd 8. when i
click OPEN WITH on d .vob files n then select WINDVD, but it does not appear
in d list... So thn how do i play these files??? But i can play these files
by just dragging n dropping into windvd....but cant ...
