please help...I have run the wizard on each computer but the home network doesn't work...my internet works on both computers and I can see my wireless connection but cannot see the other computers on the network...also my e-mail doesn't work on the remote computer

Is there any Windows API (or any other programmatic means) to query if Windows is managing wireless settings (this is denoted by the check box in wireless zero config - use windows to configure my wireless network settings)?

Feeling like an idiot here... Replaced rental cable modem with new Linksys WCG200. Plugged in pc (Win2K pro), able to reach internet. New WinXP pro is laptop with wireless, able to reach internet.
