Have a laptop with a wireless card. It doesn't seem to pick up any wireless networks we have tried. The pc card has Orinoco on the main part 11mbits/s Gold on one side and says lucent tech on the other PC24E-H-FC.

I had read a lot on how can I handle a laptop with both wired and wireless connections at the same time. Metrics, disabling, etc.. But I guess no answer had satisfied me yet so far. Is there a place where I can read more about this?
