I am trying to set wep 128 bit protection on my home network. Using a

I have a customer who is reporting that WPA doesn't work on one laptop,
but all other laptops in his office are fine.  Apparently the options
are completely missing from the dialog.
The machines are running different hardware, but all are OEM XP SP2

I am not a computer wiz, but generally get around OK.  So if you need more

My problem started over a week ago.  I have a Gateway 4535.  On Nov 19th,
Norton detected spy/adware – it was deleted.  I’m not sure if this is related.
