have a 2 PC network
PC 1 is Win XP Pc 2 is Win 98se
Both PC's can access the internet via router.
I can see the win 98se PC and access its files from the XP Pc

My Netgear MP101 Wireless Media player sometimes finds two servers when only
one copy of the 'Twonkyvision' server and nothing else, is running.
If I do run two servers it will find both - for example, Mediaserver and
Twonkyvision.

anyone know how to get wireless connection established before a login as its
giving me a headache regarding roaming profiles. I can't sem to find any info

I had to reinatall windows on my main compter. I am using a Lynksys woreless
router. I have access on both computers but I am not able to share files.
None of the wizards seem to work. Is there a way to delete the network group
and start from scratch again?

I have an e-machines amd 64 processor. I recently installed a d-link
air plus  Dwl-G520 wireless adapter vers. B . Since i put the adaper in
my comp , my comp now freezes at random times (but mostly when i leave
my computer idle wile still connected to the wireless net). I cannot

Just installed SP2 (first try a few weeks ago failed miserably)
everything seems to be working okay apart from I use the laptop with SP2
on via a Belkin Wireless card. I did a defrag so while I was doing that
I ejected the wireless card when I re-inserted instead of starting up

Every once in a while, for no particular reason that I can fathom, when I
click on the "Find Printer" in the Print dialog box, I get the "Find..."

I have just downloaded the Network Magic trial and installed it on my PC, my
wife's laptop and my daughter's PC.  All run on Win XP/HE.
On their computers it has installed without a problem.
However on mine I am told that for 2 folders on my data partition "access is

I have a laptop that I use at two different locations. When I move between
the different locations  I currently have to change the work group name each
time and then reset the computer in order to access the network files of
that network.

With Win XP, I am experiencing lengthy connection times to my wireless AP.  
The signal strength is good, no othe traffic on the AP, etc.  Is there a
program or script which can be written to connect and disconnect and log the
activity to determine when the problem is existing?
