I amtrying to set the SSID on the Wireles adapter using WMI but no success
even the scanssids phenomenon returns garbage. What can I do I neeed to
programmatically configure SSId and Scan avaiable ssids.

i connected two laptops directly wireless, but with one laptop i can do
everything with another: copy from it, copy to it..., but with other one i
just can see other laptop name, and when i try to connect on it, it says:
cann´t connect on ---computer name---- , access denied, etc ...

I have six (6) AP’s on my network all set up using MAC filtering to only
allow specific MAC address access to each device. All devices have the same
list of MAC address and I was wondering if I needed to include each AP’s MAC
address in each of the AP’s list?

Hi... two desktops on same home network... One WIRED to Motorola WR850G, the
other wireLESS using Belkin USB adapter.  Both get internet connection.

How do I get the XP Wireless Network Wizard onto and working on my second

editions, the system looses very often the connection to the access point.

Does anyone know what this error message mean. It occurs when I try to access
my desktop from a laptop that has a centrino wireless interface.
You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the
