How can you tell Windows XP to never try to connect a specific wireless
network?  Meaning, do not continually notify you about a specific wireless
network and do not connect?

I just bought a new lap top with wireless capabilities that I use to
connect to the internet.  I have a desktop too which does not have
wireless capabilities, so I looked for a PCI card to buy, then I
noticed that they also have USB ports to do the same thing.
