Does anyone have any suggestions on central management of Wireless adapters in Windows XP pro? I'd am evaluating whether or not IBM's access connections is worth the time to implement or not.

I have a XP Tablet PC Edition SP2. Everytime I trying to make a new wireless connection I get a message saying 'No wireless networks were found in Range'. Absolutley no wirless connection showes up in the Wirless Properties and none can be created even after a Refresh.
