Hi. Can someone recommend a good website for GUI's or at least screen shots
of how to go through and check my wireless settings?  I always have trouble
trying to find where to add the wep key, etc.  I'm not trying to set up a
network-I just want a walk through / troubleshooting ...

I just buy 2 new notebooks. And a Wireless Router.
And i've connect it right and so on. But i got trouble with one of my
notebooks. I've found the router and i'm conneted to it. But after to minutes
it not connected it says. It only with one of the notebooks.

I have just purchased Linksys ADSL Gateway with Speedbooster & USB Network
adapter. With some trouble I have managed get the No2 PC to access the
internet via wireless & that is working fine. What do I need to do to be able
to access the files on the main PC from the No 2 PC.

i recently reinstalled windows XP ( update) and after if i click on view
wireless networks tab it is grayed. Even the advanced button is grayed.
Before it showed  all
the avialable networks. While i can still connect to a wireless network by

I have a 3com router; I've made the set up & everything works fine as long as
I don't put any encrypt(pasword).

I bought a new laptop with a Broadcom 802.11g adaptor. The router is a
linksys 802.11b. When I first used the wireless, it works perfectly until 1
day the connection suddenly failed. I was disturbed by the disrruption & got
reconnected to the wireless by installing a Ashton 802 ...

been successfully trialing for a week or so.  However, now that I've done

I know this probably isn't a router/modem issue, but can somebody assist me
on networking 6 or 7 WinXP machines, which are using safecom USB wireless
adaptors to connect to a safecom 125mbs 4 port ADSL modem/router.
Because the print server part of it doesn't support my HP2550 ...

I got a WinXP pro laptop. Home network with dialup external modem with Wn
2000 pro.
Before I started reading this group I bought a wireless card for the Win2000
machine.

I used to be able to connect to the wireless network in my house just fine.  
After I reformatted I cant connect to it anymore.  I can't even see it in the
"view network connection" tab.
It as if it is complete invisible to me.
