I've just re-installed WinXP Pro and the driver for my wireless networking.
It seems the connection times out; every few minutes I get a pop-up saying a
wireless connection was detected, and I have to click on the balloon to get
the "Wireless Connection" dialog to click 'Connect'.

I am looking to broadcast my signal much better than my Linksys router is
providing me to share with my neighbor.
Can anyone give me ideas of extending my range without having to buy a new
