I have "installed" all the hardware/software that came with my Wireless
Router and for the PCI card for my laptop.  Both have a good connection to
the internet.  Now what?  I want to share files and printers (and of course
the internet).

Bought a netgear WGT624 connected to my dimension 4600 xphome and use it with

When my computer starts and windows (xp) loads, a little window pops up by my
system tray icon that says "wireless network connection is now connected."  
It stays there until I manually close it.  Not life threatening, but really
annoying.  Any way to turn this off?

consume the SSIDL IE if the driver passes it up through
OID_802_11_BSSID_LIST, or does the driver need to break apart the SSID list
in the IE into separate NDIS_WLAN_BSSID_EX entries?

I have a Powerbook Mac with which I can create a Wireless network (airport)
