I have Windows Xp Media Center Ed. 2004 laptop with wireless connection to Netgear WGR614 router, which is also wired by network card to desktop running Windows 98SE. Desktop is USB'd to printer. I need to set up wireless file sharing and wireless printing.

We are in the process of planning our network for our new, larger office. We are Microsoft based: SQL Server, Exchange server, etc. Our company database interface is IIS based. All in all, we will probaly have about 50 pcs on the network.

Where do I change the setting that limits my wireless connection speed? My speed tests should be around 3M, but have been no better than 1.5M sinc I reloaded windows on my laptop.
