I have a laptop which was equiped with a marvell yukon gigabit ethernet
adapter and an intel 3945abg wireless adapter. sometimes i will use the
wireless in the airport and sometimes i will use both the lan and wireless
in my home and office to achieve high internet access speed.

Why does my wireless connection icon on the desktop say Wireless network
connection 3?.
I have belkin ADSL Modem with high speed mode wireless G router. Three
desktops with either F5D001/F5D000 wireless network cards ans a High speed

I have a problem that many of you might know about. It seems that when
people at my company connect wirelessly to a network such as
"Starbucks", or "T-Mobile", their PC takes on the name of the last
network they were connected to, then when they are wired in, their PC's
